Windows 2000 IPv6 SP1 & SP2 & SP3 & SP4 & IE6 :)

This "release" allows you to install IPv6 support on Win2k with SP4, SP3, SP2 or SP1 :)
It also allows you to install it alongside IE6.

Changes to the original 1205 release:
 - setup/hotfix.ini has the value NTServicePack changed from 256 to 2048, this is to allow it to install on Sp2+SP3+SP4.
 - telnet & ftp are installed as telnet6.exe and ftp6.exe, this way the SP2/3/4 updated versions are retained.
 - The version of wininet.dll has been boosted from 5.58.1.1 to 6.58.1.1 so that you can also use it with IE6.

NOTE: Though this has been discussed on the msripv6-users mailinglist it is _NOT_ an official fix.
It's just here to help some of you out in trying new stuff and that's what IPv6 is all about... learn & enjoy.
NOTE2: You should run windowsupdate especially for IE6 security fixes. As the wininet.dll is newer than that
of updates some security patches won't apply without doing it by hand ;)
NOTE3: There are some known 'cookie' problems as the wininet.dll is too old and doesn't interact in
a 100% manner with IE6..

I advise the use of Windows XP SP1+ as that has a much better stack which Microsoft does support too.
